When there's a fight for the SE, they face their fight but when there's one for the SW, they hide behind or look for a gang to help them.
Everyone knows that if this amotekun issue is an Igbo thing, Yorubas would've mocked and abandoned them but since it's their thing, they have suddenly remembered there's a word like Southerners.

The deceit and pretence must stop this year. sad
You choose your battle wisely. If you think this is all about Yoruba, you are making a mistake. In this kind of situation, other regions have no choice than to support, they have a lot to benefit from the security outfit. Southwest accommodate different tribes with their businesses. The peace of Southwest is important to them, not only Yoruba.
If you are not in southwest,I believe your relatives are in southwest. As host,it is the duty of yoruba to protect their lives and properties.

Story.

More like IBB quote about yorubas.

you should understand the difference

Why didn't IBB say something when the easterners had their forest guard security set up? cos it is as meaningless as the letter p in psychology.

Southern unity is a mirage and will never happen.

Let each region or unit adopt their security measures and let each pursue what will be beneficial to them.

Anybody preaching southern unity is enemy to Nigeria afterall North is not all that united.
Yes the north is not united, the hausa, kanuri and others have submitted themselves as willing tools in the hands of the fulani with a few nothern groups like berom, tiv, jukun, idoma, etc fighting them in their little way. Aren't you logical enough to know that the enemy of my enemy is my friend? The Yoruba, Igbo and Niger Delta have a common enemy, on their individual strength they can't win but together they'll crush the threat, there's something called temporary and strategic alliance, yes three of us want to be on our own and go our separate ways but that won't happen if we don't exterminate the threat of those nomad's whose territory stretch from sudan to Senegal, get a map and check the geography, we're facing a formidable enemy here, bickering won't do us good, read up Greek vs Persian war. Greek city states were never in agreement with each other, Greece wasn't even one country, but when faced with an unstoppable Force of the Persian empire they put their difference aside and worked together to survive and exist. When we are done dealing with the north we can go our separate ways, no issue with that

Forest guard was in Enugu not east....stop feeding fake news on people
So Enugu has right to adjust their security measures.

Amotekun is for SW...

You're the one that need understand the difference.

Amotekun is purely Illegal and there is nothing to thank God about.

It should be disbanded.
I concur. Of course there's hisbah in Kano, forest guard in enugu, anti open grazing Marshall in benue. But these are confined to a single state. When you have six South West states forming a security alliance then it calls for concern. No federal government should condone such a marriage because it threaten the very foundation of it's existents

Easy said than done.

Enemy of my enemy is not my friend but also my enemy.

Let everyone continue struggling independently on their own pace.

Who achieved their desire let them go and may God be with them.

You said worse than this when Sowore was roughened in courtroom.

Your statements are still in your archives.

You said worse than this, but you swallowed your own venom when this same Malami that made himself into god met with a bigger god.

We stand with our shoulders and head up today because we triumphed over evils like you.

Amotekun will triumph!

AGF is a mere minister of law, Yoruba commands the best accomplishments in jurisprudence and we shall prove it, as we have always done.

Good morning o. Do you still feel this way about hisbah grin

BabaRamota1980:

Hisbah is community policing, not different from local vigilante. The common goal amongst community policing, regardless of what name they bear is the interest to uphold and conserve customary code of morality in public space. In other words, kill and destroy agents of change that if left alone to thrive will soon displace and erode the local customs. So the duty of the local or community police is to enforce the tenets of their customary beliefs against its taboos or threats.

One community may see beer consumption as an agent of change that must be liquidated, another one may see robbery, another sees kidnapping, yet another may consider prostitution as a challenge. It is not national policing, but localized.

What taboo in the customs of the people will Biafran Security Service protect?

Nice and wonderful submission. Suprised to meet a sound mind since I started reading all the comments here.

Meanwhile , even some Igbos here who feel they are more educated than their forefathers and has all faculties of thinking at nano level will tell us I am happy Igbos and Yoruba are on same level(cherez) Yorubas can see that Igbos are not their enemies (Dnspro)....and hosts of others who doesn't understand or know the difference between their right and wrong.

Igbos and Yorubas are not and will never be on sane level because nobody caters for others welfare.

Had it been we are talking if Biafra secret service here, who on earth won't know what their comments and submission will be or how they will view it.

Nairaland are full if pathetic emotionalist who doesn't know their right from left.

If FG says Amotekun is illegal then it is illegal and should be disbanded.

When Nigeria's time is up...no one will delay its collapse one hour past its expiry time.

Nigeria's expiration date is visible on the horizon.

For the past 9months not a week goes by that there is not some public face off between North and South.

Even if people do not want to fight, the tension is so high it has become a living threat and people are frightened sufficiently that some have resolved to start stock piling weapons of attack (not defense). I am one of those.

I am sorry for gatemen and mesuya in my area.

Baba Ramota! Baba Ramota!! Baba Ramota!!! , how many times did I call you?
