....So, I got a call from this guy I stayed with when I went to Abuja for the NNPC interview. He asked if they've reached out to anyone, I told him I had no idea. Then, he said there's this school mate (I'm not friends with her) of ours that was just offered an appointment by the NNPC. I told him it must be a contract appointment but the guy objected, he said it's not. He said the girl that got the appointment letter has some connect and all of that. The said girl graduated with a third-class and she did not even apply for the NNPC recruitment. I requested for a screenshot of the appointment letter but he said there's no way the girl would send it to him. He said it's too coded to be made public. According to the info he said he got, some people 'might' still be contacted on merit but I hope and pray so. I only came here to share the info I got, I'm not here to insinuate anything. I'm as hopeful as everyone else, here. That job go help person life! NNPC or not, may the Almighty bless all of us. Ameen.

NNPC has suspended the recruitment process

Suspended, not cancelled tho

But suspension may be another term for cancellation

I would have quoted those posts, but let me just summarize them so that I won't mention names. They know themselves.

1. When someone posted that those given transport reimbursement are being paid off by NNPC and therefore will not be considered for APL;

2. When someone accused one presidentially connected guy here of taking the place of one highly qualified guy from Edo on APL list, and

3. When someone claimed that the recruitment have been cancelled.


Sometimes, I just feel like leaving this thread but something keeps telling me to hold on. APL is near!









When APL finally show, some people will bow their head in shame.
