Hello everyone, good evening to you. I have a question please. So I read somewhere under the introduction segment of the TEF 250 activites and I need clarification. Is there negative marking in TEF i.e if you shade a wromg answer, you get -1? You are not allowed to guess like IELTS? Is it better to leave a question unanswered? Hello guys,

So I’m currently on 456 points. Haven’t entered the pool yet. I want to take TEF, I have a fairly good understanding of French (listening) but not a confident speaker.

I want to focus on Listening and speaking only for the next three months. My target is to get 6points in both.

My question is, is it acceptable to register for tef and not tefaq and intentionally fail the other two? Will my result be accepted regardless? Asking cause I don’t want to waste money.

I believe with 468, I should get ITA this year.

u pay 34k every month. A1 is 2 months. A2 is 2months. B1 is 2 months and B2 is 3months so its 34k per months. For each level u will buy 10k textbook.

If you mean "apprendre" for the purpose of TEF, then isn't that only required for a computer based test. All the exams in Nigeria, where I assume most of us are, are paper based....I may be mistaken though. Or were you talking more about for general love of the language?

Hi, I don’t know if this has been mentioned before - above CLB 5, in a second official language can earn one extra points in PNP e.g New Brunswick.

So I’m not losing hope in studying french as a couple of francophone friends had discouraged me about it being so difficult ( some of them failed TEF twice).
