From my lil knowledge, FBN pays 130k, ET level. Bonuses and allowances sums up to about 300k.

Upon relocation fee, they pay 1m for inconveniences.

I think they pay for professional certificates, and sure pay 13th month salary.

The package is good but the bank stress is a different ball game. I would advise you stick and strive to continue with the big four because the experiences coupled with the chances to improve your credentials will be worth it
