She needs to complete the divorce and sort out custody (legally) for kids she already has with the other man. Before marrying the new guy. Avoid stories that touch.

Swtibogirl88:
Please i have a question
A friend of mine wants to get married geniuely with another man, she is no longer with her husband but they have not done the divorce yet. Now the guy wants to marry her before creating his profile to avoid writing LOE after getting PPR or ITA. What are the circumstances and will this have any effect? She has 2 kids already. She bears her formal husband's name in her passport which has 2 yrs to expire and her ECA. Please advice guys.
Thanks

1.If the man take custody of the children, can she go with the new man?
2.If she take custody of the kids, what will happen if she decides to take her kids?
3.Does the new man need to adopt the kids?
4.What about the man's name that they still bear including the woman?
5. Can she still use her passport with the ex husband's name on it to apply with the new man?

Offcourse FSW express entry applications are based on primary Noc.

So you mean to say , the secondary noc doesn’t count ? The moniker is good with his/her work experience and saying he/she should avoid issues and complications doesn’t truly reflect what cic ask for . I had gaps in my work experience and my primary noc was just 1year (continuous) , my other jobs summed up the 3years .
So please @claseek, you are good with your work experience and if you are confused , please reach out to me.

You need to raise a CSE informing IRCC of your new baby.
You will be required to do medicals, provide passport and update your POF.
I think you would be given a limited time to do that, so it’s wise you commence the passport before you inform them. You know how to get passport for Naija be.

Pardon me,
Is it possible to add an almost one year old baby to an existing application awaiting PPR or after PPR?
Is that not misrepresentation?

Let her file for divorce. Timeline for divorce to be final can be long and cumbersome. Takes years for some people.
After the divorce is final, she can change her name to her maiden name evidenced by newspaper publication, then request for a new international passport.
Her kids... Hmmmm, if the ex-husband agrees to her having full custody of the kids, then there has to be relevant documents to that effect.
AVO will eventually request for interview sef.

I say things from my own perspective and experience there is no point been aggressive about your response. The PR you are hustling for.. I have it already. While your experience might be different from mine..doesnt suggest mine should be negated as the circumstance may be different.

I used 1 year continuous NYSC experience to succeed in the process as my primary Noc, I had initially put another experience in the primary Noc but then ran in to issues. Then I declined my ITA and removed the other experience and put it it in the additional experience part and it worked out fine as I was fortunate to get the ITA again 2 weeks later, which worked out fine.

1. Optometrist (May 2015-Dec 2016)
2. Admin Manager (Jan 2017-Nov 2018)
3. Sales Manager/CEO (Nov 2018 - To date)

Took No. 3 as Primary NOC

Exploring the PNP way while I improve my score, hope am in order?

Typical aggressive behavior, you want to play the “I have pr ” card but it didn’t work. So you think it’s only people with pr that can answer questions right and nobody should counter them. Next time, take a deep breath before coming out with such angry responses. After all, we are here to learn and help each other.
P.s : I only answer to things that I know, it’s not a competition and I’m not here to win a trophy.
You can keep quarreling with yourself , the fact remains, @claseek is fine with his/her work experience.

You can use any of your work experiences as Primary NOC as you have up to 1 year experience in all.

Since you are also considering the PNP route I will advise you do your research on the NOCs been nominated by the provinces to choose the appropriate NOC to get you nominated.

The divorce proceedings need to be complete and finalized before you start worrying about these questions. I suggest you find a proper lawyer to provide guidance. Again, avoid stories that touch. Sort out the legal things first before immigration.

Was this entirely necessary? I think that was quite an insensitive statement for you to make. Thank God she has her PR too, before words will cause people to end their lives. I did the exact same thing @Stephanie09 mentioned with my work experience after LadyMarshall advised. I'm sorry you had problems with yours, but it has worked for hundreds of others. Don't know what this thread is turning into, but we should really try not to make it a market square. Newbies can really make do with helpful advice, as has been dished out in previous Parts. Bless up, I pray we all do better from here on out.

Just my 2cents, but then what do I know?.

My statement was bourne out the fact of the end product of what is been sought "the PR" another has gone through the same process and succeeded..this and this is what made it work successfully in my case. Any other person might have had a different experience..good for them..they should share it...but it doesn't negate mine in any way. I don't pose to know it all..but I share based on what worked for me and that's it.. Peace out!! Please don't quote me again on this matter.Thank you.

Please is there anyone who successfully did HRDC in Unilag and evaluated it successfully without having issue sending transcript or requesting verification confirmation from unilag to WES. I only see people recommending it for second certificate to get more CRS but hardly see people confirm using it to get more points without encountering unilag wahala.

your responses will be highly acknowledged.

You can go ahead with it, someone got ppr already on a WhatsApp group. She used WES which evaluated it as a Canadian diploma(one semester). Other evaluating bodies like CES & ICES also gave a positive evaluation.
cheers!

The thing about gift deeds is that they're not an official document required by IRCC so there's no guidelines to say they should have sworn affidavit or LOE. However, you will not be with the Visa officer when they're making a decision so it's important to provide as much detail as possible alongside your application.
My opinion is that you do a LOE stating your relationship with the person (add evidence if possible) and reiterating that the money is yours to do whatever you please with it.
