Yummy doughnuts!
For those asking for the recipe!

Flour 500g
Sugar 100g
Butter 50g
Egg 2
Yeast 1& half tablespoon
Pinch salt
1 cup of ordinary water

Procedure
Mix everything together without butter.
Once you have your dough, work your butter in & knead for 45 mins till you have a stretchy fine dough(use mixer if you have)...after which u cut out with knife into 10 pieces. Shape into balls and leave to rest in a flour dusted tray before frying on low heat.

Local man can't come and kee himself. I did my best.

Stew prepared with natural roots and herbs like ginger, garlic, bay leaf and curry leaf. Others are crayfish, pepper, onions and salt.

Pepper soup: Same as above, replaced curry leaf with hot leaf.

None of the food contains Maggi cube (season).
