People are just so dumb in this life. Who does a fire drill in a confined space? Such drills are usually done outdoors and in open spaces. Yet these ones now go claim safety warden.

nevertheless the fire extinguisher is bad since it couldn't put off the fire. The school is meant to provide all the various types of fire extinguisher incase one fails.

When will people stop this stupidity? How many time are we going to tell people there are different classes of fire, and the choice of Extinguisher employed depends on the class of fire in place. Just look at this so called safety officer disgracing him self. How would he choose a Co2 extinguisher to combat a solid fire? Please understand that the fact that you are Hse certified does not qualify you as a fire man or fire specialist. Stop the embarrassment.

That would be too harsh... The most important thing is that proper use of extinguisher was taught. Most people would have used a dummy, or shown a video as demonstration.

The fire refusing to go out could have been down to expiration of the extinguisher contents brought for the demonstration. Such mistakes or goofs happen everywhere, even in international communities.

Come to think of it, How many schools teach such to begin with??!... Laud the initiative, and don't be too quick to flay their efforts.
