Who told you the total votes accredited to hope is more than accredited votes? Are you high?

This shows the votes given to a certain candidate was already above the accredited votes even before hopes votes were added and it was the votes of hope which exposed the rigging by PDP.

388 polling units were cancelled and it was not due to overvoting so this will show you that the vote count was already higher than actual accredited votes even before hopes cancelled 388 were returned.
