After the Viral Video of a Lecturer Seen Flogging her Students in Class. Yet Another video Surfaced Online.

This time around a female lecturer of Enugu State University of Science and Technology can be seen cutting a student's Hair with Razor.

The reason for the act is not yet clear. Esutgist gathered that its happened in Guidance and Counselling Department under Education faculty.
