For those who don't know why Siasia got banned
Please can we get a part of the emails?

For Siasia claim he has done nothing wrong absolutely.

Imagine that. Unidentified players and clubside.

Why didn't they wait with the mail evidences and let him take over the club managerial position first to further indict him?

Saw a Jamal Balogun on Watford's bench for today's FA cup game. Does anyone know about him? Also Dele Tom-Bashiru starts for Watford, Success not in match day squad, perhaps he's injured or working on going somewhere else.

Jayden Bennetts on the bench for Watford too

Where do you think Saka will end up? I'm hearing England NT want to hand him a call up ASAP
Nigeria should call him up in March.

Especially now that he has shown that he can play in the left full back too giving him a double edge advantage in the super eagles

I think he needs one more successful spell at a similar level as Tanzania before he’s ready for any top African nation like Nigeria. But make NFF extend Rohr contract until Afcon 2021 sha, let my mind be at rest

NFF: Court fixes date for ruling on Pinnick, Sanusi’s alleged misappropriation of FIFA grant

AN FCT High Court in Maitama has fixed February 20 for ruling on an application to join Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Pinnick and Secretary-General, Dr Mohammed Sanusi in the case of alleged misappropriation of 9.5 million dollars FIFA grant.

Justice Peter Affen had earlier fixed October 22, 2019 for ruling in the application before the office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF) said it wanted to harmonise all the cases involving the alleged fraud.

However, at the resumed hearing on Monday, Abubakar Musa, senior state counsel, Federal Ministry of Justice told the court that the Attorney General of the Federation was withdrawing the application for harmonisation to enable Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to go on with the matter.

EFCC had arraigned three officials of NFF before the court in an alleged 9.5 million dollars FIFA grant misappropriation before applying on April 30 to join both Pinnick and Sanusi in the matter as co-defendants.

Those being tried earlier were Christopher Andekin, NFF Director of Administration and Finance; Reagan Zaka, Cashier and Fadanari Mamza, Head, Finance and Account Department.

The EFCC charged the defendants with five counts bordering on criminal conspiracy, breach of trust and misappropriation.

The EFCC alleged that they conspired between January 8 and 26, 2015 to commit the offence, contrary to Section 97 of Penal Code.

Andekin was alleged to have been entrusted with money meant for the development of football in Nigeria, a grant from world football body, the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA).

He was alleged to have fraudulently diverted 1.3 million dollars from the NFF domiciliary account with Zenith Bank, an act that is contrary to Section 311 of the Penal Code.

Zaka, on his part, was said to have fraudulently diverted 7.2 million dollars from the FIFA grant, while Mamza was accused of diverting 2.3 million dollars. They however pleaded not guilty to the charges.

NFF: Eagles Won’t Underrate 2022 W/Cup Qualifiers Opponents; We’ll Resolve Contract Issue with Rohr

January 23, 2020

2:58 pm

General Secretary of Nigeria Football Federation, Dr Mohammed Sanusi, says that the Super Eagles will not underrate any of their 2022 FIFA World Cup Africa Group C qualifiers opponents even as he expressed optimism that Nigeria will emerge from the pool, Completesports.com reports.

Nigeria’s Super Eagles have been drawn in Group C alongside Cape Verde, Central Africa Republic and Liberia. The winner of the group will qualify for the knock out phase

“I think our group looks good on the surface, but I tell you, all the countries in this group are good and tough and the Super Eagles cannot afford to underrate any one of them. There are no more minnows in African football, and as such, we must approach every game with all seriousness,” said Sanusi who was at the draw ceremony in Egypt.

“We learnt some lessons from the last AFCON in Egypt where a country like Madagascar caused some stirs by topping the group that included Nigeria. We will play all our group opponents with the respect they deserve. The ultimate is to top the group and progress to the next round of the qualifiers.”

On the issue of fresh contract for Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr, Dr Sanusi urged the media to play down on that, assuring that the contract issue would be resolved amicably, adding that it’s an employer and employee matter.

“Harping on Gernot Rohr’s contract issue is diversionary. I think we should concentrate on our AFCON qualifications matches against Sierra Leone in March and Benin republic in July,” he stated.

“We want to qualify for every competition we participate in, that is why we don’t want distractions,” the Kebbi State born administrator concluded.

From the report, Siasia deserves the ban. Another brain down the line. I do not think he can beat this. He should start a coaching clinic and teach youngsters coaching. The Bayelsa State Government and Ministry of sports can support it, so we do not waste his brain.

Isokay

I have nothing against the guy.

But if he was playing so well and England came calling, he would tell us "give me more time to think"
They most always sww us as second choice (like when filling jb form those days). cheesy grin.

He is currently not better than either chuks or Kalu or moses (both of them). So, even with Naija national .team, he is on a long thing except he improves.

This is my opinion. Hateful and venomous words will be ignored as always
