5 Reasons Why You Should Save Your Certificates/Documents On The Cloud by Moneyfem: 8:20pm On Jan 24, 2020
What is cloud? Cloud is simply e-space. It is storage drive that is internet-based. The sure bet when it comes to cloud storage for personal files and documents is Google Drive though you can save your documents as draft on your any other email address and any cloud storage service provider available on the web.

It is important you save all your credentials and precious documents in the Cloud for these five key reasons:

1. Immune to fire outbreak: Unlike hard copies of your documents, the ones in the Cloud are intact and untouchable by fire. If you don't save your original credentials in the cloud and fire razes the room where you have the hard copies, that is the end and it may lead to suicide if care is not taken.

2. Immune to oil, soup and Water/flood invasion: Water, soup stain or oil can never have its way to the e-space.

3. Immune to theft and loss: In as much you secure your login details, nobody can steal any of your e-documents and you yourself cannot lose them irreversibly. If you lose any of your hard copies, you can easily retrieve it from the Cloud.

4. Immune to rats and insects. Rats and insects like cockroach have ruined the lives of many by feasting on their original credentials. If you have your credentials in the cloud, you cannot experience such because the only rats and insects you will see on the internet are the ones in YouTube videos.

5. Immune to village people. Wicked village people are usually after your hard copies. I've never seen anyone complain that he can't find his documents backed up in the Cloud. Village people don't have power over the internet yet.

How to Save Your Hard Copies on the Cloud

It is as simple as A B C! Scan the hard copies of your credentials with a scanner to convert them to soft copies and save them on the computer or hard/flash drive. After scanning, log in to your Google Drive or your preferred cloud storage provider and save them there. For your information if you don't know, you can log in to Google Drive with your gmail login details.

Be wise!

Thanks for reading.
