I know a first class Civil Engineering candidate that didn't make it to the interview becos of the high competition frm his local government. I just chatted with an MD of one of the SBUs who told me he doesn't know when it will end but it'll be concluded.
If an MD of one of the Refineries -as at today, does not know when they'll wrap up, can I conclude that influence in the process is very minimal?

I just hope it is concluded in the next 1week as it is being rumoured here o but,...

I had my interview on the same day you had yours. Supervisor, sales role. I had mine with panel 1 and I met 2 guys that were scheduled for 12pm batch.
