Some drivers are the ones spoiling this game for others.. please what you don't know, kindly ask others. There are only 3 points in Lagos state that I know of that e-hailing app reads/ records tolls which is the admirai circle plaza, lekki ikoyi link bridge and of course the international airport toll.

Took a rider from surulere to Naco (the export zo e).. before we got there I told the man the gate fee is 400 and on him except he drops outside, he said nothing. We entered and I paid #400. Ended trip at 1600+ my 400 =2k. The man said laye he is not paying the #400. that no driver has ever asked him for a refund at Naco. Before ending the trip I even showed him trips details having the toll at 00 naira.. man said he isn't paying... Ok we should split it 200# each...... I changed the tune sharperly.. oga will you give me my my money and get the Bleep outta ma car... He gave me the money and left and of course 1* rating sure at both ends but who cares.

Next time, don't even argue with the rider.

You can tell them from the beginning that they are the one to pay, or insist they pay it with their money, before you drive in.

Even that #20 own at Onipanu, I still inform them. Not because I can't pay, but they should know it's their responsibility

Don't ever agree to pay it with your money, because you can't determine what decision that gentle rider will take after he/she enters

You are being economical with the truth.
As a financial person, I don't see how earnings of 11k plus on the said Thursday translates to 137k debit.

Something tells me, you are fully involved.

P.S, My opinion. I don't drive

What I can sense from this is that one or more credit cards was/were used on the account and Bolt already made payments to the bank account of the hacker's account as a driver the following Monday. Defrauded person(s) complained to Bolt and as such the 135k+ shows as 'Refund to client'. The 11k must have been the trip(s) amount after the review.

It must have been a job done with an insider(s) i.e Bolt staff.

These scams are everywhere telling drivers that they can credit their accounts with #120k ish and they share the proceeds when Bolt pays

Boss I have no idea whatsoever about the trip, I was offline for ovver a month..I did not even open my app.. It was the message I received from chuks that made me run to open my app, and alas I saw the 130k+ ... How it was done remains a mystery to me

Hmm , really... So if a bolt staff did this, why can't they check their excesses from inside or curb vulnerabilities in their app.. Its just a scam... I wish I had d fund to sue them....

Click on the rides let's see what ride accumulated to 135k this is before commission.

At least we should have an idea what really happened. But take my stance... Leave this matter, even Barr. Falana and him Apprentice Falz cannot win you this case anywhere.

Abi..
Normally I wind down the back glass and direct the toll collector there but this man prio to entry said #400 is no big deal and they were discussing UK visa stuff.. so I thought to my self it's no big deal like he said only to get the shocker that even the rich can also scam or be very petty.

Now I understand why someone offered me #20,000 each for my inactive Bolt and Uber accounts.

Of course, I didn't take the offer.
