Look at this, if you have a job offer in USA, your employer can file for a work visa (H1B visa I think) I don't think you'll be denied, if you have been in a relationship (leading to marriage) with someone there(legal resident/citizen) (try K1 visa) and you can move there. If you have extraordinary ability or if you are an athlete you can head there and switch status since the visa given to athlete/Sport men are dual intent(switch to Green card later) etc

I would have mentioned search for a job but, if you search for a job in USA online you are as good as wasting your time in most cases, it's better to find a job in person in developed countries. A master degree from Top countries should Spice things up, however in some developed countries eligible citizens have to be satisfied b4 given out job to foreigners.
