What's the difference between bullet resistant and bulletproof?

Or water resistant and waterproof?

Everyone will convince you that the fault was yours. It is not from the device. The device/ brand did no wrong. Meanwhile the truth is that there is actually an issue

I suspect he has a Xiaomi phone. I know it is very easy to blow a gasket when one's shiny new device develops a problem, nonetheless it is not an excuse to behave in a rude, uncut, and disrespectful manner. Civility, humility, courtesy, and respectful behaviour will always attract assistance.

Calm down son.
Seems everything needs to be broken down to the smallest form to be understood by you. Is it synonymous with people using A10? grin

Scratch resistant means being able to withstand small scratches while scratch proof means ability to take any form of scratch test without scratches.

You wouldn't have asked this if you use your dictionary often.
Quit being a keyboard warrior. I always see but overlook your level of nuisance here. E no fit you bros.

I had to Google it and indeed there's a difference! We learn every day...

https://www.diffen.com/difference/Scratch_Proof_vs_Scratch_Resistant

http://www.differencebetween.net/object/difference-between-scratch-proof-and-scratch-resistant/

....and even in the case of bullet proof/bullet resistant, based on how you choose to see things, bullet proof MIGHT be an exaggerated term for bullet resistance as for the word "proof" to be consummately applicable, the bullet proof object MUST be impregnable by bullets which MIGHT not be 100% possible considering there are different types of guns, bullets and also shooting range.
https://www.quora.com/Is-there-a-difference-between-bullet-resistant-and-bulletproof-Do-they-mean-the-same-thing-or-are-they-different

The word "bullet proof" might just be a misnomer for "bullet resistance" in real life scenarios. Quite!

Noise blike those dots you get on tvs without signal grin. You normally notice noise when you zoom in your pictureThe higher the ISO the brighter the picture but the higher the noise.
You must learn photography angry.
In photography you can get a well exposed (bright enough) picture by playing with 3 parameters - ISO, Aperture (or f number), and shutter speed.
The higher the ISO, the brighter the picture
The lower the ' f number', the brighter the picture
The lower the shutter speed, the brighter the picture.
To get a good picture you need to set these parameters properly.
Let's summarize these parameters with their cons :
The higher the ISO, the brighter the picture but the higher the noise.

The lower the f number or aperture, the brighter the picture, but the softer the corners of the picture. This is bad for group pictures if set too low. (An aperture of F1. 8 is brighter than F2.8, it will give you excellent portrait shots of a single individual but will blur out people's face at the ends of a group picture).

The lower the shutter speed, the brighter the picture but the higher the chance of getting a picture with motion blur (you know the blurry look of the picture you get when trying to snap a dancing newly wedded couple in a poor lit hall). You also get to face blurry pictures from a little sometimes invisible shaking of your hands. You can snap someone who poses for you with a shutter speed of say 1/80s so as to get a bright enough picture, but if you use same speed to snap a man who is walking, you'll get a blurry image. You'll need to increase the shutter speed to say 1/200s to get a picture of that man without blur.

Lastly, you cannot adjust the aperture of mobile phone cameras, Samsung tried but it's just two adjustments.
The pics below explain noise.

This is a spectacularly awesome explanation.

I didn't know so I asked. And you too didn't know so you took 10 minutes to consult Google. So from the beginning you were making an unfounded statement. It was mere coincidence that Google agreed with your theory.

Name your phone, so you can get the appropriate Gcam for it.

Stock ROM: the default factory installed Android OS on your phone, from your phone's manufacturer. Also any other approved ROMs pushed to your phone (or made available) by the manufacturer.

SP tools: A PC based application used for flashing Mediatek based phones. Note that most Xiaomi, and Redmi phones use Snapdragon SoCs. A notable exception is the Redmi note 8 pro which uses MediaTek's Helio G90T SoC.
