In Nigeria where terrorism is getting on the increase, arrested terrorist and militants are given amnesty, after that some of them get paid handsomely to start a new life while some of them are given an education and sponsored to study abroad through one yeye programme. Imagine seeing the killer of your husband and children enjoying amnesty by freely mingling in the community where he killed all it's inhabitants before getting arrested.
