Yes, he can so long he is financially capable and has money and other documents to back it up.

There is a vacancy available in a shared apartment here in D9, Its 400/month. If you dont like, you can also decide to rent on a daily basis pending when you get one that suits you.

I will say Trinity College is preferable since I am studying there

There is no GNIB appointment slot available.. and my 90 days expires in May!

You can check for an appointment at a specific time, I think 10 am and 2 pm, but you need to be quick since it comes and goes like magic.
