Just rewarding party members and their friends and family Those houses were built by Fasola but the exorbitant mortgage made people avoid it. Ambode made it more flexible but ordinary Lagosians still couldn't afford the initial payment. Imagine houses built 7 years ago and nobody is occupying them. I usually see the one at Igando, most of it empty. |

Started by Fashola, Tinubu's idea, Sanwolu completed it. How does this matter? Is it not by taxpayer's money?.....So if you become a governor someday you won't complete abandoned project by past administrations because you can't take glory for it? davodyguy: |

The downside of these building design is that they are built without any form of balconies in mind. Knowing fully well that most people especially those on the last floor will need to dry their clothes without having to come downstairs to drag for rope space. |

I hope people can now understand why Lagos State works with a template where each predecessor hands over to his successor to ensure it does not become a state of abandoned projects, I wish other states can emulate. I wish my own state can be like this. |

He also said the welfare of the State workers would be a priority of his administration, disclosing that he had directed the Ministry of Housing to reserve 10 per cent of the properties developed by the Government for civil servant to keep them committed to the service of the State. How much is each flat compared to the salary of the civil servants?
