Besides goods will be delivered safely without the attendant accidents and road crashes in general. Dangote may even strategise to key into rail privatisation when the time comes. Which ever way it goes, Dangote will smile smiley

Dangote is more likely to applaud him. Rail transportation is cheaper than roads and not susceptible to delays like roads. Cheaper and faster movement of goods can only be good news to Dangote.
