Most schools in UK does not required IELT if you have a minimum of C6 in your WAEC or NECO, so google schools and check the school English requirement

2x means u ll have to pay twice I guess... after the deposit you’re required to pay upto 50% before your course start or before u can attend classes.... failure to do this can lead to bn deported .... as for the remaining 50% which ll be due by the following semester u can negotiate that with a very good reason

Sorry to say ...NONE! Buh if you do public health u can easily do another masters in nursing .... tho u can always do masters in nursing regardless of what u study just have some months of working experience in a related field.

I said wasn’t given the course not visa..... the fact I stated was that most schools don’t give admission for nursing right from Nigeria...unless you’re already in the country

Visa application successful.
My timeline is as follows:
Date of application: 30th of January
Biometrics: 31st of January
Not straightforward mail: 31st of January,
I called to escalate my case on Tuesday 4th of February.
Mail of escalation was received same day. Visa was also stamped same day.
Collection mail: 5th of February.
Type of visa: super priority.
Please if your application is passing the advertised time frame, call them to escalate your case. It really works. I called and mailed before they helped with that. They initially said they cant escalate my application till after 15 working days but I kept disturbing them.
Justwise and every other person that has helped in one way or the other, I really appreciate you guys. May God bless you all.

Submitted since 29th
Biometric 30th
Not straightforward mail 31st
Visa type - SPV

Nothing yet since then

What do you think Caleb and Justwise ?

Mail them, call them... there's nothing that could go wrong in doing those two

your whole process took 3 - 4 business days...………. I doubt if your calling played any part to it . Internally a process has to be followed , do you really think calling or mailing rushes anything . That is more of a Nigerian mentality

Congrats on your visa

Ask you school first if IELTS is compulsory. Most times it is not. If it is, ask them if they will list the IELTS in the CAS or not. If they will (which is most times) then you have to do IELTS for UKVI as the embassy only accepts that. If they won't list it on the CAS and just say they have accessed your English Language and found it to be adequate, then you can do the normal IELTS.

In my own personal opinion, if you need to write IELTS, write the one for UKVI. That way you can use it for UK Visa purposes and don't have to worry about the fine print.

Yes it is truly Nigerian mentality. I got a mail that the application has been escalated, Visa was stamped same day and the calling does not work. I never called or mailed to plead with them to make a decision, what I made them see is the fact that decision to my application is long overdue.
Thank you so much.

Have you checked the requirements of any university to see if you meet up? Have you applied and got rejected or to supply more documents?
