Can we talk about this sir.

I know NGO'S in the North pay huge salary.

But be careful, some Boko Boys might be in this faceless forum commenting 800k as salary.

Except mdas like irs, cbn, nnpc, npa, efcc, military and paramilitary, every government employee on salary grade level 7 earn bw 42k to 52k, depending on your state.
From level 8 step 2 which is most likely the entry level for 1st degree holders, the pay ranges from 49k to 59k, depending on your state.
A level 12 officer in most states don't earn up-to a 100k.
Also, know that medical doctors, nurses, pharmacists and others in the health sector earn higher wages. A doctor at his entry level, SGL 12 earns more than a director SGL 17.

That NGO must be poor for executive director to be earning 280k undecided
It's a new NGO that was founded in 2017. Do you know some executive director earns less than that? It's not an international organization. Meanwhile I didn't even start with that salary so hopefully I'll be earning more every year as my salary are increased every year. I am grateful to at least be earning something that is meaningful and can cater for my needs for the moment.

lol I don’t care.
Update I know i didn’t mention it’s an offshore company. But really it doesn’t matter to me if you believe or not. I know someone earning 1.2million at betking and it’s not even offshore.
Well congrats, if not for the effort to explain I wouldnt believe though I still doubt you. On what capacity are you both earning this much....thats where my doubt lies and with that much pay on you, it seems absurd to me seeing you have time for NL.

In case you haven't noticed, technology is the air we breathe now. Data is the new oil. Having computer skills is not a plus, it is a necessity for survival even. I am not exaggerating. I have a friend who dropped out of National open university but works at sterling bank HQ at Marina as a software engineering consultant Earning 850k per month. When the demand for talented developers is extremely high and the supply is so low, your degree ain't worth shit if you don't have the skills.
As per having time on NL, Again I spend my life on the internet, I'm also active on Reddit. I work from home the internet is my office.

Let's bring the Salary scale in Nigeria by the companies and organizations. Hide your identity please, by not adding personal info.

What is your Salary?
What is your Position?
What is your Qualification?
How many year/s experience?
Organization or company name?
Lastly, tell us your location/state?

This will help employers know the salary of different professions and what to offer new employees, and will also help employees know their supposed earning. Thank you

Is there a way in which government can intervene in this ridiculous salaries paid to employees by employer?

It's not their website, it's a salary website where employees drop their salaries for others to see.

They are not even ashamed to build a website and out that on the website. May God help young graduates.
