invites have gone out for video interview, they haven't gotten back to candidates and the portal isn't working to enable people check

Ok Let's be clear. So for the early career program- sales/commercial...Do you mean invites have been sent out after the HireVue video interview?

Have no idea if they've started calling for Sales/Commercial

I got an online interview (HireVue) with Baker Hughes on November 27th for a position in their Early Career Program: Field Engineer 2020.

I checked my application status and it changed to "We are considering you for the position", but haven’t got any email notification.

At present their application status is down ...

I was scheduled & I did it on February 11th. Called the interviewer on March 10th (making it a month since the interview) for an update but he said they hadn’t concluded yet. By next Tuesday, it will be 6 weeks

I applied for the Baker Hughes R1360 Ignite Graduate Internships – Engineering & Technology (Nigeria)
and I did my ON-DEMAND VIDEO about 3 weeks ago.
Today, I luckily got a way to check my application status but I still do not understand by what they mean by "We’re excited to invite you to complete an assessment with Baker Hughes. Whether on-site or online, this is a great opportunity to show off your skills and learn more about us. Time to prepare"
Please, someone with experience should please tell me what this means.
