Not many from the Niger Delta were on federal government scholarship. Those you claimed were on scholarship under Jonathan got that as ex combatants. Not because they are citizens and Nigeria deemed it fit for them to benefit from their God given resources.

Going by your statement, only Jonathan treated the Niger Delta fairly. If one takes your words to be true it means there is something inherently wrong with Nigeria and we don't have any moral right to point fingers at Trump or anyone else.
