My Dear, after Northerners, the citizens of the Niger Delta are second in terms of individuals studying abroad on Scholarships worldwide. This has been my observation, while Jonathan was incumbent and perhaps reduced now, under GMB. My concern is, If all these graduates of Niger-Delta extract cannot and have not come back to better the lot of their home or demand better from the current Nigerian arrangement, then, if Nigeria were to disintegrate, the issue of 3rd or 4th class citizen is not the major problem of the Niger-Delta people
