At least an intelligent fellow. Been a while we saw some in this thread. We have an asshole having his fun and the mods sleeping on the thread in recent time.

It's simple to understand based on the serious political space NNPC finds itself. The damage that the blog post by Jarus could have created. After the several months that NNPC must have been battling with deep interest in the recruitment especially the EH, here comes a blogger that updates the cabals of the hidden plans of NNPC to douse off pressure.

NNPC were perhaps telling the politicians that EH would be scrapped, and the release of APL only for GT category would have reinforced their ruse, thereby making the politicians believe that EH was cancelled. So for a blog to assert that APL would be released within a time frame and only a certain category first, the other later, and the first two parts happening as the blog asserts, would expose NNPC's ruse. Hence the need to "deaccuratify" the info.

Same thing happened at my place of work and we all were not happy, why not promote those who are there and fill up the higher cadre was our response... God will help us all.

Exactly. I ignored this thread for a long time. I got many mentions - people asking for info. I reluctantly went back to my contacts - to personal discomfort. I posted their responses here and forgot about here again.

Few days later, one of them, who is highly connected, called me, without me asking, and provided info for me. I dropped here immediately and published on our website. What we published went farther than we anticipated and caused serious issue in the system.

I have suffered personal loss from this - relationship breakdown with my 3 sources. And one random troll here is spewing gibberish.

Ignore him. Stop responding, let him keep ranting. He will not be the first or last.
I have been paying attention to his rants trying to decipher his true intentions.

Since NNPC said no one should pay or listen to anyone granting recruitment opportunities to you from the onset. Well, the truth of the matter is the end justifies the means . Let them grant closure to the whole process then we know what kind of an organization NNPC is, corrupt or not? To both the GT and EH pray for a successful closure that's all I can say.

That's why they said it's open for application to give everyone equal opportunity. So what you're trying to say is that as the governor of a state after Service. you should be promoted to presidency as well immediately ?

If you know you're qualified why not apply for the position as well as an internal candidate? We give equal Opportunity in my organization as well...and for certain reasons most times the external do better than the internal candidate. Just saying it's very wrong.

An when you talk about Boss him. Nobody is coming to boss you around. that's a very shallow mindset. Leadership is all about understanding not bossing people around. The person is coming to play a role and fill a job description by doing their duties and not coming to boss pple around that is not his or her role to boss pple around. That's where alot of pple get it wrong. You lead by example and support, not boss pple around. Naija we have a long way to go when it comes to knowing between a leader and a boss.
