everytime i say this, because am an APC guy they call me wailer.. is Ugwuanyi and Umahi not PDP dont they have low Allocation yet we only see them during project inspection and commissioning.. this makes me green in envy

This road was really a death trap during my days in EBSU...mostly once there's a downpour.. I'Kudos to Umahi my able State Gov. That's what you get when a world class Engr. Is saddled with leadership position.
