IPPIS Operators Manipulating Platform- Audit Report by AAA593: 8:05am On Feb 07, 2020 |
A performance audit that was conducted by Office of the Auditor-General of the Federation has revealed that operators of the federal government-owned Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) still have access to the backend of the platform that gives them the leeway to manipulate the system at will.https://leadership.ng/2020/02/07/ippis-operators-manipulating-platform-audit-report/ 4 Likes 2 Shares

I have said it IPPIS is the biggest scam of the century. We have more Ghost workers now than ever before. Just negotiate with an admin in the IPPIS office to insert your name from the backend - that's all. You will just be receiving alert every month without doing anything. Then you will give certain percentage to the IPPIS officer. 32 Likes 5 Shares |

The best solution to Nigeria is to bring back the whites to rule over us. And this time, they should be here to stay forever. Everything about black man breeds of evil and manipulations. Who made us black? 12 Likes |

But somehow, someone will have access to the backend. You can't escape that! Some people i.e the backend developers will have access to the database. 5 Likes |

This is it. every good initiative in Nigeria would not but hit the rock because those condemning the government are worse than the government. directly or indirectly we all are contributing to the challenge of this nation one way or the other. in the sense that we have grandfather's and grandmother's, fathers and mothers, uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, even friends in the civil service or we are directly in the service. the public servants are always at the receiving end but the civil servants are worse for it. we hail and nudge them on when they carry out the nefarious act even at our own detriment. 6 Likes |

This is serious. And those doing this are usually the same people who scream that the country is not working, that the institutions of government are not working. But trust them with minor assignment, they mess it up, turn around and blame the president for the woes confronting the country. 5 Likes |

The only change IPPIS brought was shift the ability to embezzle using staff payroll cost from the various government agencies to IPPIS itself. In other words, the power to create ghost workers might have reduced drastically within the various agencies but increased astronomically within the staff of IPPIS. 17 Likes |
