You can detect but unfortunately you can't treat. Kenya , Rwanda and Egypt has employed its own counter measure and that is an indefinite ban of direct flight from China, in case such a disease is detected, we have our special labs which will counter it.! Meanwhile, the deals under health ministry to establish vcon lab is currently underway and hopefully by next weeks we will be having our own chamber for that. Am hoping Ethiopia, Tz and Rwanda are also dealing with it.
