They want to virtually be in control. They do not mind buses and small taxis, because their revenue is small compared to their target.

How can they identify an Uber driver by the way cos anybody and almost any car can be an Uber. It’s not the drivers that have to pay anything to government or extra Licence either. I can drive my personal car for Uber. How is that the government’s business?

I guess America government don't have means of collecting back from Nigerians. If government say get this and that as commercial drivers and commercial vehicles before you can do your business, why should that be difficult for Nigerians? It is not like they're not making money.
