If the customers can agree to start sitting in front seat with the drivers, that will beat the VIOs..........sitting at the owners corner is the first alert to VIOs.

Most Nigerians hate progress, so I'm not surprised that VIO is acting against progress.

It's just ridiculous. Everyone wants to exploit and profit from every progressive system, even if it wrecks the system....

I don't understand what sort of dead country I found myself in. Terrible beyond words.

Soon they will be stopping people on the road and asking for proof of tax payment. Una never see anything. Lagos needs change from the hands of Bourdillion. Else it will become a Tinubu business dynasty.

Lagos Government trying to control about 90% of road transport revenue, while systematically stifling entrepreneurs out of business.

They want to virtually be in control. They do not mind buses and small taxis, because their revenue is small compared to their target.

How can they identify an Uber driver by the way cos anybody and almost any car can be an Uber. It’s not the drivers that have to pay anything to government or extra Licence either. I can drive my personal car for Uber. How is that the government’s business?

Lagos state and draconian laws.

While America provide means for Nigerians to survive

Nigeria govt always kill their initiative
I guess America government don't have means of collecting back from Nigerians. If government say get this and that as commercial drivers and commercial vehicles before you can do your business, why should that be difficult for Nigerians? It is not like they're not making money.
I guess you should have something to say about London that stopped uber drivers from operating
