The point that should be made is why did Lagos government give uber license to operate, if certain conditions are not meant to begin with? No, its only purpose is to tell you that something is wrong too go get it checked. More modern cars will have a display that might tell you exactly what but not a check engine light. All you know is that it is emissions, engine or any one of 9-11 systems related.

The Lagos government should have iron all these things before giving uber license to operate.. All I see here is nothing but extortion by few at the top..
