Number one on your list should be TACKLING INSECURITY. without security no investor will be willing to bring funds to Nigeria. 2 EDUCATION! Proper education will see people reason differently and gain the necessary skill to achieve success. 3 ELECTRICITY. With constant electricity, the profit returns of companies will increase so they have more money to either increase salaries or reduce cost of goods which will make your salary worth more because inflation will reduce.
