I used to faced this issue but now I have fixed it.

What I did:

I got two Lampoda connect them to wire given them little space like 30 cm distance

Then insert that normal hot bulb 60w into the lampoder, then connect the wire with the wire connected to ur generator before to ur "switch over"

Viola!.... and everything balance, the sound became normal, the current got balance and the fuel consumption nah my biggest joy. 3ltrs for 10hrs.

@ house, prof, I greet una o. i wonder if you guys can help me with this. I intend buying an oil screw press now this machine has a rating of 380V , but the problem is the electricity we get is 220V, now is there anything I can do about this, that is converting/stepping up the 220V electricity to 380V or is running it by generator the only way forward? una welldone

Mine is by the window at my back and very OK .
Initially was raised high and more heavier sound more power being 3.5kva compared to the 2.5kva I was using.
But reduced it and very ok

Yes I iron with it with mini steam iron rated 800 watts . it work very well even my older Tigmax 2900 of 2.5kva

Can I see a picture of the iron... I am a fashion designer... So my specification for an ironinng system might be alittle different ... Wattage rating of 800 seems quite little to me... I have doubts if it can comfortably work on all range of fabrics

I just got this Tiger2700 on recommendation from a friend. I noticed the fuel tank sucks in air (I don't know a better way to describe this) this preventing fuel from flowing into the carburetor. I have to open the fuel tank to allow the fuel to flow.
How can I resolve this.

is either ur gen firing(speed),is tomuch, or u did't tight the fuel consumption screw on the cab.
I'm having this same problem. the gen is firing too high. the noise is too Loud. it's consumes fuel.

is it possible to reduce the firing? it doesn't carry much Loud.
