As good as this news sounds to my partisan ears....its not cool. I had wished opposition took over in bsyelsa and abia. Those states ...pdp has done a terrible job and touts hold away. Though apc is unpredictable and usually worse, I'd expected a change of govt. Bayelsa has not faired well with all the resources. Delta had done a lot better.
