It looks like the supreme court has been divided into two cabals.
Mary Peter odili striking for the pdp.
Tanko striking for the Apc.
They've destroyed Nigeria, it shall not be well with the political class in this country.

Zombiesm has destroyed the little sense left in you.
The two cases are different. Lyon's deputy presented fake certificates which by law is even a criminal offence. How could that have been swept under the carpet after he was convicted by a lower court?
But Zombiesm has clouded your sense of reasoning
Different cases do not matter to a so called tyrant and a dictator.

A so called tyrant couldn't care less about different cases or what makes sense, or would he?

I have heard so many of you say that what happened in Imo does not make sense.

"How can the person that came 4th be sworn in?"

"Imo judgement is day light robbery."

So why can't another day light robbery be done in Bayelsa?
Why would Buhari now care whether the Bayelsa judgement makes sense or not?

Question is;

What will you do if Tanko's Supreme Court had overruled the lower court judgement and said "Its It's a lie, the guy did not forge anything"

I just want to know;

What will you and PDP do that you did not do when the Imo judgement came out?

Just tell me what?

1. Carry out protest.
2. Write to EU?
3. Write to Trump?

What again?

If Buhari really told Tanko to deliver Bayelsa and he did, what will you do?

But the two cases are not same. In Imo SC allowed and participated in clear rigging. People know Imo did not vote for Hope. People know when he was holed up in a hotel in Owerri with some APC operatives writing results - after INEC already declared results

Where are those useless PDP miscreants screaming that the judiciary is now an APC arm of govt.

Calm down..this was APC v APC. PDP did not file this action and naturally there must be an outcome. Whose fault it that APC candidate used fake credentials and they were discovered? If there was a way to confiscate issues as in Buhari's own during the presidential election appeal, I'm sure they would have used Tanko as usual to achieve it.

PDP actually only won 2 local governments so the PDP candidate did not meet the requirements to be sworn in as governor. The only candidate who met the requirement was Lyon

Boo.hari and his herds of zombies weren't interested in this particular case as the thought all their minds were Lokpobiri's, that was why the sharia justice imam Tanko upheld Lyon as apc duly nominated candidate.
If boo.hari and his herds of zombies knew they'd have ordered imam Tanko to do the needful

Besides Lyon and his herds of zombies have every right to protest if they feel that they were shortchanged and have evidence to back it up like the way the Imo State people have their evidence and are standing by the evidence

There was a serious case at the Supreme Court and Buhari didn't know.

There was a contentious case at the Supreme Court and Tanko did not know.

There was a serious case at the Supreme Court which could go against APC and Tanko did not know?

For the children in the house....

This is the beginning of the case

Lower courts earlier decision

Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja had, on November 12 2019, disqualified the APC governor-elect on the grounds that his deputy provided false information to INEC.
Mr Ekwo held that there was no connection between the name on the candidate’s school-leaving certificate, first degree (BA), master’s degree and the affidavits he swore.
However, the court of appeal set aside the decision of the trial court and affirmed the election of the APC candidates.
The three-member panel of the appellate court led by Justice Stephen Adah said that the PDP did not prove their case against the APC candidates.
The court held that Mr Degi-Eremienyo submitted an affidavit which showed evidence of his change of name from Adeyi-Eremienyo to Degi-Eremienyo.
“I agree with the appellant that the owner of the school leaving certificate and the GCE certificate are one and the same and I, therefore, set aside the judgment of the court below,” Mr Adah said.
Dissatisfied with the decision of the court of appeal, Mr Diri and his party filed an appeal at the apex court.
In its judgment on Thursday, the apex court set aside the judgment of the court of appeal and affirmed the decision which nullified Mr Degi-Eremienyo’s candidacy.

How can you nullify the election of a governor cos the deputy forged certificates. Who is the flagbearer of the party. Why not sack the deputy.

The problem I 've with Nigerians is how they comprehend issues. This judgement is very clear . It says declare the party that came second and met the geographical soread. The big question which I believe Inec will look into before complying ...,Did pdp came second ? The answer is yes....but did they have the geographical spread? Inec book will answer that....if the answer is no , then Adams oshomole is right with his statement that nobody will be declared winner if the two conditions are not complete..,.I am not a lawyer but this is what I believe is the honest interpretation of that judgement. ..The world is waiting for what Inec book is gonna say.... tongue

Geographical spread as it stands, Apc votes are voided. Inec will now consider the geographical spread with the rest of the parties votes. By implication it mean that PDP meet all requirements.
