on what grounds were the visas refused and in what year? you can apply for an Australia visa but you have to be very thorough and make sure to meet all the requirements truthfully and honestly including attaching the refusal letters to your Australia visa application. Australia just wants you to be very honest with your application and prove that you are genuinely going to study with verifiable proof of funds and other attested documents.

Hello house
Please I need people’s opinion , Most of these agents that I contact for my AL1 school always refuse to process my application because of my 2 USA refusal and 3 Canada refusal. They said I have a bad immigration history . Please what do you guys suggest I can do next ??

Hi fam, please a quick question for those with experience.

Is the system of Australian study visa similar to that of Canada, where once you get a medical request you're almost sure of getting a grant (of course with legit documents submitted)?
Or getting a medical request is not a form of assurance towards securing the grant?

Its not, you are required to submit your medicals along with your application.

I feel your dilemma, I was once in your shoes. Best advice would be to apply for everyone at once (if you get the funds) if not please just your wife cos bringing your 2 kids would be so stressful and exhausting.
I would not is an easy experience but you would be alright after a while.
Yes, we are using the students visa as a means to an ends: PR.

But my major worry is, if I raise #13m and all of us jet out of this country on her student visa, will I be able to get work to support the family?

From my computation, the #13m will be able to pay her first semester fees about, #4m; pay for accommodation for six months about #2.4m; feeding for about six months, pay for Visa application, air ticket and other logistics.

Alternatively, can I send my wife and my two children, while I stay in back to hustle more and possibly join them later.

Please I need advice from experienced persons here.

My major aim of wanting to leave this country is to give my children the best of education.

Please, I need your candid advice.

if you have the money, yes it is possible to get a PR after your wife completes her studies.

How much do you think is the minimum required for a family of 4 to move to Australia in a students Visa?

Wify us the student. She will be working for about 30hrs a week.

Me the husband will be working for as much as I want for the family's upkeep.

The children aged 8 and 6 will be in school, no work.

How much do you think we will need to survive for the first three months assuming i get a job in three months time.

Note that wife's school fees is about #4.5m and we need a 2 bedroom apartment costing not more than AUD400 a week.
