UPDATE ON CLEARANCE FOR FINALISTS This is to inform all noun graduating students on the improvement of the newly approved noun graduation requirement and clearance timeline and/or timetable for the ongoing 2020 graduands clearance exercise and the noun convocation ceremony. On this note, the Noun clearance exercise starts on Monday 9th of March, 2020 in all the study centres nationwide. 2020 NOUN Graduation Requirement All graduating students are at this moment instructed to come along with the following documents for their clearance: First thing first, your name must be found on the graduation list. You are to fill the graduate exit survey form online, submit and print the form (with 3 Photocopies). http://researchandadvancement.nouedu.net/content/graduate-exit-survey Three (3) printed copies of Noun clearance form. Current E-wallets showing payments and expenditures and final balance. Evidence of Registration of Project, Industrial Training (I.T), Field observation, Teaching Practice I & II, Clinical attachment, Practicum and Seminar through e-Wallet or Course Registration slip. Evidence of Payment of N15,000 (Fifteen thousand Naira only) to the Noun participating banks for Convocation and registration fee (Through Remita website). If you paid N10,000 for the project fee, you are to pay the remaining N5,000 If you paid N1,500 for your I.T, you must pay the remaining N8,500 If you can’t find evidence of payment of the above then you need to pay the total sum of N25,000 ( I.T and Project fee) Ensure you make 3 copies of all payment receipts. Again, all the above payments are made via www.remita.net Finally, students who can’t access their portal should kindly come with their evidence of payment for I.T and Project. POINT TO NOTE: Negative balance (e.g – 4,000) in your Noun e-Wallet must be paid off before going for your clearance. NOUN Bursary Clearance Procedure and Requirements These are the requirements for NOUN bursary clearance exercise for final year students. It can only be done after a student must have been cleared for graduation and/or convocation but before the NOUN certificate collection. Here you have them: Arrange your proof of payment (Remita receipt and Bank Teller) Course Registration slip Exam Registration slip Comprehensive e-wallet statement The above documents should be arranged in the order listed above, semester by semester. NOUN Graduation Clearance Timeline for All Faculties Assigned days students should go to their study centre for the graduation clearance exercise and examination slip stamping. UPDATE!!! Facilitation (Lectures) at all study centres and online at LCMS portal begins on 25th February, and ends on 30th April. It literally begins 10 days from today. GRADUATION LIST There will be another list within two weeks, kindly exercise patience if you're qualified but haven't seen your name on the current list. Thanks and always follow due processes henceforth in all your dealings. |

TREAT AS URGENT!! Cross check your names on the graduation list and make sure they are being spelt correctly... if your name is not well spelt try to visit the study center and make your report immediately so that they will rectify it before producing your Certificate... |

Phiheywhy1:You can calculate your CGPA using available results on your portal. Only transcript bears the breakdown of student's academic performance, grade inclusive. And that is why transcript is a requirement for postgraduate admission. |

Greetings, If i am a graduate of NOUN and seek to pursue a Post Graduate Degree with NOUN, i am supposed to apply and pay for transcript aside from simply submitting my Transcript Application Form with Academic Office at NOUN HQ? Please advise me. |

Sadteen:POP is for 300 Level above except for GST. E-Exams is for 100 and 200L as well as all GST courses. NB. You need not miss orientation at your study Centre please. You need it. Cheers. |
