Thanks for this, it is stated on their site (but I guess that may be if the minor is not your offspring) or you aren't the one accompanying them...I may be wrong

Well, I applied with my kid who is a minor.
I sent out an email requesting the parental consent form to the embassy but they did not reply.

So I jejely applied with just her birth certificate based on advice from veterans here since I am her parent.
I submitted with the original birth certificate too and the guys there didn't talk about the parental consent form.

But it is good you got the form.
I wonder why they haven't made it readily available on their website.

Anyways, Na God get power.

Oh imagine, and I stressed notarising form.
Pls how much did you pay for the minor? Is it same 36k cos I know some countries like Italy usually give a reduced cost (Child is below 1year o). Pls respond as I intend paying on Monday.

Surprisingly the Stanbic Bank hubby went to in Apapa don’t know they are the recipient for Brazilian visa fee so I guess, the guy was even requesting to see where their bank was mentioned.

I’ll guess i’ll just go to any VI branch and make my payment

You can pay at any Stanbic branch just copy the Brazilian embassy Stanbic account details on their website then tell the teller to write your name in full on the deposit slip. Attach the slip with the docs you will be submitting at the embassy.

It is the same amount per applicant irrespective of age.
Yes a knowledge gap does exist with STANBIC IBTC tellers as I encountered same.
What matters is that you pay into the Brazil Consulate's account with the applicant name and get a teller which you will include in your application.

Chikina.

Lovely pictures! Thank you for this! How did the carnival Go? Did you see anything so different at all from the Nigerian Carnivals we have? Have you met any white speak Yoruba? That is if you’re a yoruba woman because there was a time I read it online that brazil made Yoruba an official language. Please ma @adjo10, How true is this? Enjoy your stay in brazil!

Chai. I think its now best to apply for Brazil visa like 4 months prior to the date of departure o. This one that visa application is taking over 2 months already.
