In as much as I want this to be true because I have friends who I would really want to rejoice with at the towers, it defies the corporation's mode of sending out notifications. From test invite to interview invite, there was no batch sending. Let those grieving grief rather than adding pepper to their injury. If APL lands come Monday, I'll be the happiest but if it doesn't, how do you comfort those who had seen your post and believed?

You will not miss out... I called my madam in NNPC and she said she spoke to her colleague in HR and was told more mails will roll out Monday.. so there is hope.
Have u asked yourself how many people on Nairaland got mails? They arent even more than 150pple. So keep your hope alive n let's wait n see what happens from Monday. Cheers

In as much as I want to believe that more mails will drop on Monday. You can't say for a fact that it was just 250mails that were sent. Yes, if all was sent we would have heard more stories here not the about 50persons (I doubt it's up to 50persons self) who has received notification from here.

From here, An Hr source said more will drop on Monday anoda IT support said it is over... who will I believe HR or IT?(a rhetorical question).

PS: No one should come to my post to tell me to stop hoping for Monday...I have waited this long, being hopeful till after Monday 6pm won't do more damage that has already been done currently.

After Monday you can start advising people who would still be hoping to stop.


Nobody should believe there is any second batch unless you want to fall into depression or get scammed.

In every recruitment exercise the number of people involved in the process diminishes as it progress.
I once posted on this forum that few people will be called here as there are lot of applicants who don't know if nairaland exists or not.
Life does not begin in nairaland and it won't end here.
80% of the successful ones might not be members of nairaland.
Don't use nairaland as a yard stick to measure the number of people called.

Do not let the traffic on this thread confuse you o. People who didn’t even make it pass the CBT still follow this thread, and some may even have been commenting. But the real number of people in this thread who got to the interview stage and did interviews cannot be more than 500 (both GT and EH), I assume. Meanwhile they invited close to 9000 people for interview. So, the number of APLs here will be very small compared to the APLS outside here. I think the recruitment for GT is over. Maybe they may do some internal or secret recruitment, but all emails have been sent I should think. Move on. It is finished.
