Good morning house. Last semester I only registered Teaching practice as a course. I didn't do exams registration for it. Could this be the reason why the result is not released? That's the only course I have left in my PGDE

No. That's not the reason. I hope you did a re-submission this week though. Projects and TP are not supposed to be registered for exams. They are non-examinable courses.

Yes. That is the procedure. When the PG school receive your transcript, it will be forwarded to your department for vetting after which you will either be accepted or rejected. On acceptance, a mail with your admission letter will be sent to you which you then print and take to the nearest study centre for your matriculation number. That's the procedure right now. Cheers.

Yes. When you pay and credit the 37k, the negative will be resolved.
Convocation money is paid differently via a different process. Directly at remita.net

Please, I have graduated and my name is on the list. I have a credit balance of 10,000 in my wallet. How do I get refund for this? And if I wish to use it as part of the graduation fee, how do I go about it?

Good day,my name is on the graduation list and my portal has a negative balance of -49,800 which I knew genuinely I had paid via remits and even have the remita print out of the said money which I have given to my centre Accountant.
But he told me they are not collecting audited remits for now! What's the way forward as I am very much sure I paid every kobo required from the school during my studentship!
Is there anybody one can write to at the headquarters with the remita print out for resolution of the negative balance. Thanks

OPEN LETTER TO ALL GRADUANDS

The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong,

Congratulation You Made It

I advice all graduands to pick up international Masters Course A..S..A..P

PS: International Full Scholarship Masters Program is all over the net.

May I let you know that NOUN certificate is accepted internationally. No delay in Upgrading yourself. Keep Pushing forward and always remember NOUN as your alma mater wherever you are. I can see many NOUN graduates at the place of political power few years from NOW.

I can see many Professors from this institution. Don't limit yourself with the Act that established NOUN. You are now a full time student with a full degree , Don't be a second class citizen where you find yourself.

A degree holder from Harvard, Covenant etc is called a graduate, you are also a graduate. Represent us strongly and diplomatically any day anytime.

If you are a direct entry students and your name is out what is the total credit unit you took and what year one courses did you write.
Re: National Open University Of Nigeria (NOUN) Students by Noblejay7: 10:50am On Feb 16, 2020
I wrote my final examinations last semester and to the best of my knowledge I have written and passed all my required courses including my project report. Unfortunately my name is not on the convocation list (including the supplementary list ) .

A friend suggested I write a complaint letter to my study center another is telling me that may be I still have some courses still pending that I need to take or my name will appear in next year list as such I should be patient.

The idea of me having pending courses sounds likely but the Noun portal has no provision for viewing this until registration payment is made. What if I pay and register for this semester only to now discover I don't have pending courses.

I want t to appeal to the management of NOUN to make the portal more interactive for easy access to information. The study centers should also be forthcoming with information when students with this kind of issues approach them as so many students are currently having similar issues .

CC: EDUPORTAL
CC: SAMISHA500
CC: ANTHONYO15

Kindly advice.

A situation whereby you are asked to write a complaint letter regarding an issue and nothing comes out of it is not good.

I have graduation requirements for some courses and from general observation, for DE students, you are required to do GST101, GST107, GST105, GST102 and CIT101/GST103. What course are you studying?
