DexterousOne: You are kind of right bro. Breaking up without a war is not visible. But we all know the Tribe that will start that war. Let us say unanimously We Should Break up and war will start from their region. When all they know is doing gragra without something upstairs. Thinking every issue in this world could only be solved with Knives and swords. It will not be well with the British who brought us together. They are the root cause of Our problems. The British caused all these. Looking at the Tribes and our Reasoning Faculties we really do not match each other. Some people are destined for backwardness and because of this drawing others back from moving forward. Then how do we brake up in peace. This is the only step forward that I can see. I love being a Nigerian. I love everyone in Naija IBO, Hausa Yoruba. I love every one in other religion different from mine. But I hate all that is happening in my Country. I am tired of Nigeria. Just fed up. |

The masterminder of the bill, the former governor for that matter is to be seriously investigated because we see him as one of the sponsors and financiers of Boko Haram. |

wizzyrich:The militants fought for their pockets not any yeye just cause. They too were terrorists The Niger Delta problem has not been fixed whilst a few warlords feed fat Ogoniland has not been cleaned. Nothing wrong in given anyone amnesty but why pay them? If you are paying them then amnesty is not the correct description 1 Like |

Corrections: How I wish my country were as organized or civilized as most countries in the western world, but alas, it is not so. It is just unfortunate that this reeks of a group of people who came together to do something that would rake in money just like the Niger delta amnesty programme that one still hear rumours of inconsistencies. Good ideas turned over. Take the case of the herdsmen issue. We can't say all caught will be prosecuted neither will we talk about killing all that it won't look like genocide. An approach of divide and conquer is needed. Some will be spared provided they give useful information, ring leaders will be caught and the rest will adjust themselves. The numbers are large and with the way they keep revamping their numbers from innocent victims, the carrot and stick method has to be put in place to slow their momentum. State witnesses are sometimes absolved of their crimes provided they play ball with the authorities to get rid of the big fish. This is itself a statement of inefficiency of the current armed forces for not being able to do their assignment within reasonable time or that trying to do their work would lead to a larger than expected number of casualties. Unless there is incentive for them to betray themselves, this war is far from over. I wish the old men sense not to see this as another money venture over the blood of galant soldiers. |

OgbeniOja1:My point exactly. I have never supported or suscribed to the proscription of IPOB, reason is because they have never resorted to violence against the goverment or her citizens. And i believe the international community shares the same sentiment hence NO COUNTRY was willing to key into Igbos proscription. But should the IPOB wake up one morning, acquire arms and start attacking the goverment, bombing establishments, killing military personel in the SE who they believe is against their referendum, their agitation would automatically become terrorism even in the eyes of the international community and that would bring the full weight of the FG on them. But wait o, isn't that what MEND was guilty of? See my point? |

..right from the days of old.. Nigeria Senate has been useless and reckless and irresponsible. I expected any bokoharam member caught to be jailed for life, if not killed. If prisons are full, they shld more prisons and put Dem there.. Why is Senate negotiating an agency for them?? I pray d ghost of d deadbodies that bokoharam has killed will hunt all d senators. |
