Lunch. Colourful noodles. No egg though

Basically mallam style I think.

Ingredients
Noodles
Carrots
Spring onions
Fresh pepper
Spices(from noodles)
Groundnut oil.

Method
Per boil noodles till its soft but not soggy then filter out the excess water and starch. Add your noodles spices to d noodles in the filter and mix wella with the noodles.

Chop up all veggies into ur desired size. Put a small amount of groundnut oil to a dry pot. Allow to heat a little then add all the veggies. This should be done on a low heat so that it doesnt burn. Allow it fry for a few minutes then add the noodles and stir to get a nice mix. Then it's done in the next 2 minutes and there u have it.

HOW TO MAKE WAFFLE

Ingredients Serving for 4

4 cups of plain flour
2 cups Milk
1/3 Butter, melted
1/2 Vegetable oil optional
1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
4 Teaspoons Baking powder
4 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
maple syrup, wipe cream or berries, to serve Any topping of your choice.

Instruction

1.....First preheat waffles iron according to instructions if using waffles maker.

2......In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar then set aside.

3......In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Put in your milk, butter, vanilla, vegetable oil and stir. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.

4.......Fill your heated waffle iron with the batter and Cook the waffles until golden and crisp. Serve hot.

And don't forget to anoint that pretty with some Maple syrup while hot. Enjoy

NOTE :: You can also use a waffles shaped pan if you don't have waffle maker (machine)
