Very fake news but mentally dumb Nigerian youths will swallow anything hook, line, sinker, boat and fisherman. The flood waters have already started receding in Southsouth riverine areas. Again, this has nothing to do with regular flooding. The flooding in question is a result of Cameroun releasing water from their dams to flood Nigerian communities.

Have you been to Lagos to ascertain the situation presently? It's worse than those place mentioned.
Mind you , all both River Niger and Benue empty into the Atlantic Ocean which actually surrounded Lagos and some part of Ogun state.
Presently, some communities in these 2 states are already flooded that their only source of commuting is canoe.
