iluvMAMAV: I know the person you quoted wanted to say three months and not three years. It takes minimum of three months before it comes out. Most people don't know this thus they wait until it's time to start driving before they start applying for the driving license (driving school certificate first). If you want to start driving immediately, go to the driving school and obtain driving permit. Note that this permit has lots of limitations as it cannot be used anywhere driving license is required for official documentation. After three months, go do capture and in two weeks maximum, you will get your permanent driver's license 46 Likes 6 Shares |
