First, Abiola had won the presidential election in 1993 but was denied the presidency until he died. So it was a good ground for the PDP ticket in 1999.

Second, Ekwueme didn't see things that way as he chose to slug it out with Obasanjo for the PDP ticket in 1998/1999 and 2002/2003. And nobody stopped him. He lost!

If you know how Ekwueme fought Obasanjo tooth and nail for the PDP ticket on both occasions, you won't dare say Ekwueme didn't mean business... Obasanjo as sitting president still couldn't stop Ekwueme from contesting the PDP ticket with him in 2002/2003.

You want to live in a country of injustice in the name of tribalism. Obj is from Yoruba, Jonathan
from South south yet you want APC to still give you guys president at the detriment of another region in the south that have never be president since 1966.

APC has suddenly became a Yoruba engineered party according to you forgetting the K-states results from Northern Nigeria.

APC will run into problem if they zone presidency to South west. Northern like Kwakwaso, ATiku,Tambuwal will align with South South and south east to defeat Tinubu.

The best thing APC should do to be relevant is to project a Northern from North Central or North East to contest... That will not only balance obj and GEj turn from South but also scare northern big PDP politicians.

North Central, North east and south east are not slave or foolish to chip presidency twice to South west.

If the north fail to get the power in APC they will shift to PDP. APC will die. APC decision makes know this.

And don't think TInubu is strong enough to defeat Atiku and is gang.
