In IMO, we are not asking the court to set aside itself but to enforce its earlier judgment that declared Nwosu as the rightful candidate of APC.

Quite interesting. Without any form of bias, i feel if this is how Nigerian Judiciary operates in all their judgement our country would have been far better. How can you file for review of judgement by same Supreme court? Those counsels who knew better but goofed should pay the fine.

The earlier judgment has been reviewed with the declaration of Uzodinma as Governor. Besides, you have no locus standi and you're just meddlesome interlopers. Nwosu had withdrawn from the Appeal at the Supreme Court.

So, game over.

I agree with the Suprme Court, there must be an end to litigation.
Besides, Supreme Court is not saying it is infallible; rather it says it is infallible because it is final. So we must all respect its finallity because there must be an end to litigation. Only God is infallible.
