The name Adetayo James Olusola on one certificate is not the same as Adetayo Olusola on another document belonging to the same person.

The court will ask you who James is.

Please note this carefully.

Many people have lost a lot due to this kind of descrepancy.

How did he get admissions? Lower credentials bear different names from higher ones, how possible? I thought you build from foundation up and not build different foundations for different levels of a building. How do you get admitted to Masters with one name (based on your first degree) and graduate with another name? Only FRAUD can produce such certificate.

his primary school, secondary School and university result were bought. if you investigate some of his relative who are not doing well financially;
you will see that they owned the results

The apex court awarded the costs of N 10 m to be personally paid by Lyon’s lawyer , Chief Afe Babalola ( SAN ) , and APC ’s lawyer , Chief Wole Olanipekun ( SAN ) .
It ruled that each of the lawyers must pay the N 10 m to each of the three respondents – the Peoples Democratic Party , Governor Duoye Diri , and the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State , Lawrence Ewhruojakpo.

While in University, if your typed my student number into the system you may see a shortened version of my name my middle name and my surname while when writing my exams I may write my student num and my full name omitting my middle name or using my middle and last name.

At work for different systems I use different versions of my name the fact is I am still the same person. In UK the use of an alias is acceptable under law.

Those certificates most likely belong to different people.

By the way Nigeria is not the UK where people can legally be allowed to use an alias cos they know the will be sent to jail if they knowingly lie in court under oath...

...here in Nigeria there are people who have 3 different birthdates each one backed by an affidavit that was sworn to in a court of law!

Nothing is wrong with name changing but when it comes to law you have to answer so many things its like having different names in a bank acct
and you expect not to have problems with the bank

Of course issues like this will rise but saying he forged his certificate doesn't make sense especially when the schools he attended attest to the fact that he was their students
