Please I need help concerning where am suppose to get my birth certificate as a Masters student cos my date of birth actually comes before 13th December, 1992 cos the embassy will only accept a birth certificate from National Population commission if the applicant is born after December 13th, 1992. Pls I need help from anyone here who has a better knowledge about this

I think u can get the NPC birth attestation it is accepted by the embassy, whereby u will swear an affidavit on behalf of your parents stating your age, just visit NPC, they will tell u what to do, go with a while background passport. Have u gotten AD?

Truth is, every country has both good and bad, China and India as countries have fraudsters. What Nigeria lacks is, they don't announce good achievements. Not until when CNN and some other news channels made it public about Nigerians performance in Education as a reaction to Trump's ban, it was never made public on how well Nigerians thrive. But then, it is what it is.

I have been outside Nigeria for the past four years( for my bsc), Nd I can tell u that most numbers of criminals cases here are committed by yoruba and Igbo ( especially cyber crime and drugs) . Which is why a lot of schools here stop accepting Nigerians and Pakistanis. So stop blaming Fulani,Hausa or even the government bcox most of other African country’s leaders are also corrupt, so the only thing we can do is to fight for a better future for ourselves .The problem is the negative image some of us abroad give Nigerians as a whole. So my advice to anyone that has the opportunity to study or work out of the country is to represent us well because our actions will have effect on the ones coming after us. (Peace)

Go to any high court have your declaration of age done with one of your parents passport on it stamped and signed...it's not compulsory they follow you there but makes sure their passport photograph is on it ...that will Suffice..

im getting frustrated as my agent made me fund my blocked account and spend money going to abuja for an appointment last week, only to be sent back to lagos.

wat do i do now, PLS HELPP....

You might not like what I’m about to say but it’s the reality.

You only have 15% chance of getting appointment for summersemester ( you should defer ur admission to Wintersemester, cancel ur appointment date and rebook with later date)

If you don’t fall into category A, take TestAs exam score 100 and above to qualify(easiest means)

You made a mistake by funding blocked account without appointment date, but it’s too late now

Fire your agent for misleading you

Your agent did absolutely nothing for you

Your appointment would likely been in Lagos if you don’t reside in ABJ

Wait patiently for your appointment in Winter.

Before he or she get another Admission letter it would probably be by the end of March....but you re right he Or she should book again in April only if he or she fall in Cat.B

Your submission is apt and can never be untrue. I've booked an appointment for CATEGORY B since January 7. Up till this moment I've not gotten any appointment yet. I checked through the German embassy's page in Accra, to my amazement, applicants choose the date and time they want due to availability.
I couldn't write German language test at B2 level without the initial knowledge of A1, A2, B1 so as to qualify me for CATEGORY A. I couldn't also write TestAS because it is meant for those seeking Bachelors. I feel like I'm stucked at the moment, but I know if it is from God, HE can always work miracles.

Use the other birth certificate apart from the NPC's

Yea it’s primarily for undergraduate but some masters program requires TestAS also.

Which means u can take the exam if u want and beside Embassy didn’t put any specification.
