Good because like someone said earlier, it seemingly shows prudence

Bad because if you can't change the seat of the Minister which he sits on to air National medical broadcasts and receive foreign dignitaries looking to invest in the health sector, then it's unlikely national medical facilities will receive more attention

So which do you prefer, good or bad?

Here’s the bad news but the truth...Those tattered furniture has been budgeted for, money collected but old chair still been used. The budget for that chair alone can buy a whole set of good quality sofa for a large living room.

That’s faux leather you are looking at. That’s polite name for it. It’s fake leather and not real leather which is a big shame. A real leather furniture would not wear even if a 25 stone man with abrasive bum and back sat on it everyday for a year.
