Many of you have been writing us to report that there are few questions in the Content Tool. This message is to explain the reason for this recent situation and what we can expect in the future.

The reason why there are few questions in the Content Tool is that we are quickly reaching the daily limit that Brainly has set up for the team of LatinHire tutors. As a group, we are completing our daily goal in 10 to 12 hours, leaving most of the day without any questions to answer.

In the following lines we answer some questions you may be having about this.

1- Sometimes I see unanswered questions that suddenly disappear, only to appear again the next day. Is this a tech issue?

No, that is normal. When we, as a group, reach the daily limit of a certain subject, then all questions for that subject will disappear, regardless of if they have been answered or not. For example, if we are allowed to answer, as a group, 2000 questions per day, there may be 3,000 available in the Content Tool, but they will all disappear when we hit the 2,000 answers mark.

2- At what time are the questions in the Content Tool reloaded?

At 00:15 UTC approximately.
If you log into the Content Tool at that time, you will see a large number of questions available. Then, by 13:00 UTC the Content Tool will be empty because we have hit our daily limit.
Confused about UTC time? You can convert a UTC time to your local time here.

3- Will this situation improve? Can I expect to see more questions in the Content Tool anytime soon?

Yes, the questions we are allowed to answer will increase progressively. However, it will take some weeks before you notice a difference.
For now, your best chance to see more questions is to log into the Content Tool between 00:15 UTC and 10:00 UTC.
