For folks who wanna do their clearance, maybe you should wait till 10th of March, because it would be pointless going there two times. It may be a bit of rush rush at that time, but at least you will get it done that day.

I don't know about that. But if there's one thing I know, it's that using intermediaries is like giving yourself unnecessary delay. There's nothing comparable to going there to grab your certificate.

You may have an arrangement, and you may not get that certificate for the next three months. Nothing compares to self-hustle
